This place is not like any dealership in Tracy California. The people that work there treat you like family. I called to make sure they still had available the cargo van. They responded so nice and said yes. I live in Sf city and going an hour drive to Tracy it was worth it. From first minute I arrived they greeted me like family not like a buyer. Very satisfied with the service provided to us by Jose. We got a car for my dad over the weekend with my dads credit not being the best Jose was still able to get us a nice car with comfortable payment and down payment. We drove over an hour just to work with him because he was more helpful than any dealer in my area. He also spoke good Spanish which was definitely a plus for us.

Jose was amazing and was able to work down the price to what we needed. Very polite and had a great sense of humor. Made my first car buying experience very easy.

Have been searching for a newer truck from HAWAII - came across Manic Motors in Tracy Calif. I called and got salesman Angel - he was friendly and very helpful with the information I needed, being that I would have to arrange to ship this truck back to Hawaii. Communication was open and I did call several times for info. He was always prompt and patient. Once I decided to buy it, Ryan the supervisor, was great to work with my bank in Hawaii where I was financing it. He was very conscientious and understanding. Thanks guys !!
